Arctic Paper S.A. is responsible for your personal data, referred later in this statement as “we, our, us”. Collecting personal data
We collect different categories of data - depending on the type of relation we are in, in different ways and points of time. In case you are our customer or supplier we collect your contact details in relation to our sales or purchasing activities. If you are our employee we would require collecting additional data in order to fulfil our legal obligations as employer. We collect as well data which was submitted to us by you in case of contacting us directly via email or via our internet services or as a part of the recruitment process.

Facebook Ads
We use the "Custom Audiences" function of Facebook Inc. on our website. ("Facebook", Facebook HQ - 1601 Willow Rd, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA). This function is used to display interest-based advertising to users of our website when they visit the social network Facebook. For this purpose, we have implemented the Facebook pixel on this website. Via this pixel, a connection to the Facebook servers is established when visiting our website. In the process, it is transmitted to Facebook that you have visited our website. Facebook associates this information with your Facebook account. Heyflow
We have integrated forms from HeyFlow on this website. The provider is Heyflow GmbH, Jungfernstieg 49, 20354 Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as HeyFlow). HeyFlow provides a technology for the creation of online interaction tools (click-funnel), with the help of which (potential) customers, applicants or other third parties (hereinafter "enquirers") can contact us. To do this, the enquirers enter their request and the other data requested (e.g. name, contact details, etc.) in the form and submit it. If necessary, you have the option of uploading your own files, for which the following explanations also apply.All enquiries are processed in the systems of HeyFlow on our behalf. We have concluded an order processing contract with HeyFlow. This contract ensures that HeyFlow processes the data in a DSGVO-compliant manner and exclusively on the basis of our instructions.

In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) if this has been requested; the consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. The data you enter will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your enquiry). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
Security
We have taken technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against loss of availability and confidentiality as well as take special care about integrity of your data. We are used to review our security policies and practices on regular basis to ensure safe and secure means of processing your personal data.
Your rights
You have the full right to have your personal data processed in a fair, lawful and transparent way. You are as well entitled to know what personal information we are processing regarding you and how it is done, access your personal data and request correcting any mistakes.
